Melt Public Square now OPEN! Melt Bar & Grilled, an Ohio favorite for gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches, is pleased to announce the opening of Melt Public Square! Café 200 Public Square opened on September 12th and features a new Melt quick service concept called “Melt Public Square,” similar to its current satellite locations at Progressive Field and Case Western Reserve University. Melt Public Square will be more full-service oriented and will offer both full and half versions of its top 10 award-winning gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches. Vegetarian and vegan versions of most sandwiches will be available and all will be served with Melt’s classic signature fresh-cut fries. “Great things are happening downtown,” says Matt Fish, owner of Melt Bar & Grilled, “and we’re thrilled to open in the heart of Public Square in one of the most iconic buildings in Cleveland! This space has truly been reborn, and we’re excited to be a part of the positive momentum that’s reshaping our city.” The Melt Public Square location is now officially open with normal business hours of Monday through Friday, 11am to 3pm.
