Grab Your Uke and Come Jam at the Coventry Village Library

Ukulele
Tue 8/30 @ 7PM

While it lacks the rock-star glamor of guitar, bass or drums, the ukulele is often the starter instrument for kids because of its small size. Later on, they may set it aside and grab a guitar but the uke may still be around the house somewhere.

If you want to have some fun, haul it out of the attic and head down to the Coventry Road branch of the Cleveland Heights-University Heights Library for its monthly ukulele jam. Don’t worry if you think you’ve forgotten how to play — all levels and ages are welcome and music will be provided. You’ll be surprised to hear the Uke can do a lot more than olay Don Ho’s “Tiny Bubbles.” It’s free.
