There’s a fun little show going on at the Akron Art Museum known as Snack, which features a series of lighthearted art works revolving around food — and specifically around foods that maybe shouldn’t form the core of your diet. Pizza, cupcakes, sugary breakfast serials and lemon slushes are among the subjects of these photos, paintings and three-dimensional works such as Cleveland ceramicist Kristen Cliffel’s “The Dirty Dozen” (pictured). One of Andy Warhol’s iconic Campbell’s soup cans makes an appearance.
But hurry if you want to see it. It closes Sat 9/3.
