Are you plugged into the local food scene and think you have the skills, knowledge and contacts to grow and promote an established northeast Ohio farmers market? The Countryside Conservancy market, part of the initiative that has established farm homesteads in Cuyahoga Valley National Park, offers educational programming for farmers, home gardeners and cooks; and runs several farmers markets, is looking for a full-time market manager.
That person would be responsible for a variety of hands-on programs including recruiting new vendors; coordinating site logistics; recruiting, training and scheduling volunteers; handling administrative tasks such as bookkeeping; and more. If you’d like to find out more, go here.
