Who knew that there are so many ways to make a grilled cheese sandwich? Chef and Restaurant owner Matt Fish has learned to make something common in an extraordinary way. This is not your standard American cheese between slices of white with a pickle spear.

Some local favorites include the Parmageddon, layered with potato and cheese pierogi, vodka kraut , grilled onions and cheddar; and the Lake Erie Monster with beer-battered walleye, cheese and jalapeno tartar sauce.
