The annual Waterloo Arts Fest showed off the new look of the street, which has been undergoing renovation for the last year and a half. While not fully complete, it’s clear the upgrade will provide a wonderful backdrop for area artists, musicians and businesses.
Bands and musicians of all kinds played throughout the day on 11 stages, while booths featured artist wares as well as opportunities for kids and adults to participate in hands-on projects.
