Cleveland breweries open on a seemingly monthly basis, but Akron’s not getting left behind. Robert and Sara Hernandez opened Aqueduct Brewing in downtown Akron in October 2014. Stop into their tasting room to try some of the dozen craft beers they’ve always got on tap; bring your own food if you like and they even have a grill if you’d like to throw something on it. On any given night, you might find a musician or an open mic going on. And you can book the room for a party or event, or schedule your own brewing class on whatever level you feel comfortable: beginning, intermediate or advanced.
