The cozy little Paris Room is downtown Chagrin Falls is hidden away in the basement of a historical building — a location in keeping with its mood. It aims to be a casual, French-inspired bistro combined with the vibe of a ’20s speakeasy. Menu items are given names of jazz-age celebrities, authors, artists and others, usually with some sort of connection to France — Colette, Josephine Baker, F. Scott Fitzgerald, Anais Nin.
They’re enhanced with signature cocktails and European wines, and live acoustic musicians playing jazz or blues — all the ingredients of a romantic evening. The room is available for private parties on Sundays and Mondays, as well as weddings, showers and luncheons any day.
