A Coventry Road institution since 1981, the Inn on Coventry has long been known as a place to go for a leisurely pancake brunch on Sundays. You’ll need time to choose between the dozen types of pancakes including chocolate chip, orange whole wheat, lemon ricotta, and Reese Cups — or maybe the banana walnut French toast, or one of a dozen omelets, or several variations on eggs benedict. All are available for breakfast each day too. The Inn on Coventry keeps to a slightly different schedule than most of Coventry, being open for breakfast and lunch but not dinner. Lunches feature a lengthy menu of sandwiches, burgers, and pita pockets and a VERY long menu of sides. Another plus is a full menu of beer, wine and cocktails — including on Sunday.
