Orale Contemporary Mexican Kitchen began as the kitchen where owner Roberto Rodriguez produced the array of distinctive salsas he sold at his West Side Market stall. He now serves up those salsas — and a lot more — from his expanded sit-down restaurant. Now you can get a full lunch or dinner — lambchops, chicken tacos, stuffed pepper, lobster cerviche, quesadillas — including vegan specials. A select list of specialty cocktails, margaritas, tequilas, mojitos, and beers rounds out your meal. Orale serves until 2 am Fridays and Saturdays.
