Noce Gourmet Pizza has been holding down the fort in Chardon since the late ’00s, later adding a location in Beachwood.
Both locations, it makes more than a dozen specialty pizzas with a constantly changing menu. That’s due to the fact that it used local, seasonal ingredients in its made-from-scratch pies. What doesn’t change is its unique baguette-like thin, crisp crusts. A small selection of salads accompanies the pizzas.
All locations do carryout and catering; the Chardon location has full eat-in service.
