After a fling as the Bevy in Birdtown, which closed in mid 2016, the former Winchester, given up by Jim Mileti in 2014, returned as the Winchester Music Tavern with new owner Shane Motolik on Memorial Day weekend 2017. There’s a full menu of hearty bar food, lots of drinks including craft beers and cocktails, DJs, karaoke, music and comedy on a regular basis. And while its music hall is spacious, it retains its friendly neighborhood bar vibe.
